Autofill not working

When autofill fails on one application, start with the most common checks first.

Check these first

  1. 1

    Check whether the site is on the supported sites list.

  2. 2

    Check browser permissions first to make sure the extension can access the page.

  3. 3

    Retry the page and note which field or step actually failed.

  4. 4

    If it still breaks, contact support with the site, page, and what happened.

What helps when you report it

  • The job board or ATS where the issue happened.
  • The specific field or step that failed.
  • What you expected Resumate to do instead.
